For the past 10 months I have used Rondelle as my managing agent for the rental of a unit owned by me in Surfers Paradise. I previously had a problem tenant and had to evict her after the lease expired in September 2021. There was major damage caused and behaviour problems experienced in the unit caused by the tenant and her visitors. I also had no confidence in previous managing agent who continually supported the tenant and blamed visitors and the building manager for the problems and damage.
After the unit was vacated, Rondelle in conjunction with her husband (Geoff) clearly identified major repairs that needed to be done. She arranged and managed the repairs by competent trades people including her husband Geoff who is a skilled tradesman. He painted all internal walls and fixed a range of other items that needed to be repaired.
Rondelle arranged the re- leasing of the unit after widely advertising and selecting a new tenant. I have now had the unit leased under 12-month contract since November 2021. I have had no problems with the new tenant and the rent has been paid into my account each month.
I have no hesitation in recommending Rondelle as a managing agent and would be pleased to have my phone number passed on to her prospective clients.
